案件沿革
When you clicked 'Undo' did you return to the main menu screen where you see things like 'Choose Card' and 'Improve Engine'?
Or did it immediately end you turn?
I ask because accidently clicking the 'End Action' button from the main screen will end your turn without confirmation. It is meant as a way to 'pass' your round without doing an action. The 'End Action' button on the main screen is also in the same area of the screen as the 'Undo' button, making it very easy to click it without meaning to.
If you had clicked twice on the 'Undo' button, it is possible the second click registered on the main screen and clicked the 'End Action' button for you. The result would happen very fast and the menu display may not have been noticed by yourself.
Action on my part:
Add a confirmation to the 'End Action' button on the main panel to ensure that you really intend to 'pass' this round without doing anything.
A confirmation on passing makes sense since its probably rare.
Disabled the 'End Action' button until at least one track is built to prevent accidental clicks.
Changed the 'Undo' button be read 'Cancel', which falls in line with other complex actions.
Changed 'End Action' button on main screen to 'Pass' with confirmation.
