I was unable to move workers onto any tiles (specifically: Keythedral) at the end of the game. My mouse cursor changed to a hand icon when I hovered over eligible tiles, but regardless of what I clicked I couldn't get the usual worker allocation window.

I have just investigated this for ilgranderabbino and it wasn't a bug. The winter tiles for selection are in the user panel on the right (or at the top). If anyone else has noticed this as a bug then please do send me a screenshot and let me know of any error messages you are getting.

i had this problem too and ended up running out of time trying to refresh the page to fix it. I now have a penalty mark against my name unfairly.

Fixed by bug hunter Daimaou with comment:
"Solved bug 4447 by adding a new option to payment with workers when paying production costs.
When doing so, there is a new option for each outbid single worker possible that tells you from where the worker will be taken.
Tested on several different tiles (even the one costing any worker).
Also tested that upgrade that uses the same cost calculation functions was not affected by said fix."

Unfortunately the fix seems to have brought other problem so the previous version has been restored until something better can be done.

This is also occurring on table #139187568.
I need to select winter tiles, but there are no tiles to select, only a shaded band at the top of the play area that suggests that's where the tiles would be. I also cannot progress without selecting one of the non-existent tiles.
I have checked both chrome and firefox, and changing browsers does not solve the issue.

I cannot select nor confirm Winter Selection tile. Button doesn't work. Winter tiles, even while are there don't do anything - game reports "This move is not authorized now"

Not a bug in my case. I didn't see the tiles under my name. Not the place I was expecting to gave to make a selection.

Je ne peux rien faire même pas aller sur le nuage pour stabiliser, il est absent. Ils ne peuvent reproduire le graphique c’est gelé. Je ne peux même pas abandonner. J’ai 2 coups par jours pour jouer, hier et aujourd’hui impossible. Je vais avoir une mauvaise note parce que je ne peux y accéder.
