I'm not sure the words "turn", "round", "phase" are translated correctly, so I'm not sure if I understand correctly what you say, but when I look at all the moves in this game, I don't see any problem. You can buy several tiles in a phase, but not in a round, and young4854 never bought several tiles in the same round, according to the replay.
One tile bought in phase A (round 4), one in phase B (round 1), one in phase C (round 1), two in phase D, but in different rounds (round 1 and round 2), and three in phase E (round 1, round 2 and round 3).
Is there something I don't understand, or something I missed?
