I had a similar display issue where the grid of 20 dice options on both sides of the mountain was not accurately updated at table 195924637.

On this table same problem. I chose a 5 with an "X" but it didn't get crossed off in the sheet of dice options. I don't know if it is only a visual bug. Or if I actually have an extra "X" option now.
