No matter what I tried I was not able to move that card from Colony Ship to that planet.

案件沿革
It was already bugged prior to this in that one of my colonies was not properly displayed on the Colony Ship card (it appeared to be on my Peace Treaty card).
When I played Improved Colonize & tried to settle a planet, the colonies were greyed out & when I tried to move them to the planet I got the error message "This move is not currently authorized".
Eventually I gave up & skipped the settle move & was then able to successfully move the colonies when choosing "settle" as the second part of this action.
This meant I was not able to gain the advantage of placing an extra colony.

tried to settle a plant with terraforming, but need to move one from colony ship first.
didn't give me the option or any prompt - just put the card on the plant and wasted the action.
can seen around move 115-120
I had used IMPROVED CONOLIZE on a much pervious turn while COLONY SHIP was out.
