Didn't allow me to upgrade the die, even when I tried upgrading something different. Eventually I just clicked Cancel and took the 2 VP instead.
next round when I tried again it magically worked just the way I wanted (2 sun shard to 4 VP) I took screenshot of this. So Obviously it worked and was legal. Just not the first time. • 你的瀏覽器是什麼？

I couldn't do it on the 5th round, but then on the 6th and for the rest of the game I could.
I doubt it has any relevance, but just in case, I did have a Blacksmith's Scepter in play.
F5 did not solve anything.
This was on a Chrome browser (Version 103.0.5060.134 (Official Build) (64-bit)) on Windows 7
