Spot it #227837243 towering inferno, I am using Firefox, apparently everyone else can play fine, but I can only see empty white circles with no symbols insides. (this also happened whenever I try to view a game, only white circle was shown, I assumed its a security feature where you can't see other people's cards when not playing, but now I am wondering if that's a bug as well. Actually, this game played normal for me until I try to view a game that i wasn't playing in, and after that I wasn't able to see the symbols anymore either in game or as bystander. wonder if that's related)

additional info: F5 was tried multiple times without any help. Randomly clicking actually let me get 1 card by sheer luck. Most of the other clicks just show the Zzzz immediately. Also, I just realize the cards showed up when I try to view replay of that game from my perspective. weird.

apparently tried to view the replay of the messed up game fixed the problem for me, I can now see the symbols both as a bystander and player. Hope that helped.

I can see only the card from the pile. The information visible is "Application loading..." and "Connecting to your game...". Please see here: imgur.com/a/TSLuWlg

Chat window is not available, no information who's turn it is and no timers are visible for any of the players.
In fact nothing works, including "how to play", "option", etc.

I tried to play 3 times and every time the same happened to me.
Refreshing the side does not help.
It very annoying as I was expelled from the game all 3 times and get negative points.

Hi, i have the same problem onky have empy circles.
Even in the page when you can see 1 table play I had the same problem with only empy circles.

I play with my smartphone, android and chrome.

It seems there is more than one bug in this report.

For some it seems like an error happened (red banner) and then the player was not able to play (possible that symbols are not shown on the cards since JS was not initialized properly)

For others it seems there is no error and that player would generally be able to play his move, but there are no symbols shown.

As a spectator I can see all the symbols normally and there is no security thing needed to hide other player cards in spectator mode (there is no reason to hide them) so this is not an issue.

The most likely issues we cannot reproduce are:
- there is an error in JS most likely due to the older browser version and incompatibilities (this seems to be less common problem)
- the image with symbols is not loaded for one reason or another

Can you please check if you can load this image:

And if not, please send some screenshot with possible error. Also if you were able to open this image, try the game now as browser should cache the images and will load them from cache in the future. Please tell us if loading this image manually solved your problem.

If you get an error (red banner) or if you cannot use any other page functionality (like chat or hamburger menu), please open the developer tools (with F12) and send us the screen shot of that. We would be able to see an error in the console which can help us fix the issue.

Even if there is no error and you just don't see images, you can open F12 go to networks pane and refresh the page (F5) and see if there is some errors in loading files and images there.

Me ha echado del juego las 5 veces sin poder jugar, sale un mensaje diciendo que está conectando, pero pasa el tiempo, no me conecta y me echa. Mi Karma Sr ha reducido un 70% por este motivo. Por favor, solucionen el problema y devuelvanme mi karma, no ha sido mi culpa, si no un error del juego, al no dejarme jugar. Muchas gracias y feliz 2022

When playing hot potato, I would try to click on a symbol and then see empty circles. Sometimes one empty circle, sometimes two, sometimes all. Then the page would reload with all new circles. Sometimes my hand was empty as well. Red banner would appear as well. Playing on chrome.

Estaba jugando "triplete" y me aparecían todas las cartas en blanco, no podía ver ningún símbolo, por lo tanto no pude jugar. Otras veces me pasó esto con otros minijuegos, pero actualizando la página se arregló, en este caso actualicé varias veces y no tuve suerte. El ID de la partida es #232897921.

I have the same problem, only on the smartphone. You can "fix" it by changing the webbrowser to desktop mode. After this you can see everything. You can then change it to webmode after this, too. So you can play it on webmode. That's how I play it on my smartphone.

La même lors de ma dernière partie, "triplets". J'ai vu que 9 ronds blancs. Ce qui ne semblent pas être le cas des autres joueurs qui ont pu jouer normalement. Je jouais sur l'application Bga sur mon smartphone
