Please read carefully the rulebook before opening a bug...
you have 2,6,5 as 5th dice while you threw 1,3 and 4 with your dice... so there's note of the 5 dice rolled that is equal to one of your fifth die... therefore the game behaves correctly.
In the rulebook this is called a free throw (and this is also clarified in the game log...)
