Witch is breaking Clown. I was able to get the clown dice set but because there was a Claw as part of it, the Witch re-rolled to cancel the Clown affect. This means the Clown card is almost useless in this scenario.

案件沿革
Been looking for 1h in official rules, faq on bgg, ...but found no andwer on this.
2 reasons why i think clown goes first:
1)
As mentioned in initial problem description:
"Witch is breaking Clown. I was able to get the clown dice set but because there was a Claw as part of it, the Witch re-rolled to cancel the Clown affect. This means the Clown card is almost useless in this scenario."
2)
Which only triggers when the owner gets hurt
But this happens only at the END of dice rolling phase, AFTER the active player finishes changing dice values (eg due to reroll dice).
It is a bug because the text of witch says they can reroll a die when you must damage then, but when you have stretchy or clown, this is not necessarily the case. Witch should trigger afterwards.
Then there was another bug. After witch resolved, I was able to use stretchy to still get 6 different dice. However, the effect of clown didn't trigger.
This should never happen, the clown should have resolved first.

A Clown wouldn't wound a Witch unless they would choose a Claw. So it's upsetting that a Witch can make a Clown re-roll before choosing if they want to have one or more Claws. Please fix this. It is breaking arena.
