案件沿革
I tried to suggest to abandon the game, after I failed to type in chat, but there was no response to me clicking the button even multiple times. I refreshed, and then received a message that I "can't suggest to abandon a game so soon after the suggestion had been rejected." I don't know if the other players actually rejected my suggestion, or whether they never got it and the server just marked it as having been rejected.
Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
