I attempted to settle a planet as an Action using a colonize card that was in my hand. I had previously placed the required total of 3 colonies on Srod Avein N2. The game prevented me from using my Colony card as an Action to settle Srod. It told me that I did not have enough colonies on that planet to settle it. It is either an interface or a card bug.
