I already reported it in a report on the game : error#59741: "Table is (b)locked"
There I was advised it was "notabug" and one Stefano told me to skip the player.
I tried to skip the player three times now but nothing happens
On the mentioned report Stefano reacted with

I got a mail I was over time (and I was)
the table is NOT in my /gameinprogress list and I've been playing dozens of moves on other arena tables of the same game, I always click on the "there are n tables waiting" button and the table in question was never suggested.
I sent my opponent a message, he responded by saying the table was not in his open games list but he finished the play

I finished the table by keeping it open in a browser window and finished the game without it re-appearing in my open games list.
so no actual problem but we both got time penalty
this problem keeps creeping up, until now only in games where a player can (be forced to) stop playing while the others have to continue
WARNING: the status of players eliminated at this table is not coherent with the status known by BGA (e.g. for player 83855143). We recommend you to abandon this table and report this as a website bug!
As I already reported this website bug about 25days ago (no reaction since) I did not report it as a seperate bug
