The vp for boats, licenses (including the crab license's 5vp) and remaining crates on boats were all accounted for correctly. The only remaining discrepancy would be bonus vp from the crab license, but that should only award 7vp for the remaining 22 crates on boats, not 13vp.

Apparently the winner had been holding several gone fishin' cards that count as victory points at the end of the game. I wish this would show up in the detailed table for points, but as is the game is working as intended.
Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
