The Solstice goal card says you need more poets on the ocean side than base side. There were 17 spaces on my pier, 2 poets on the 8 squares counting up from the base, 1 poet on the middle space, and 2 poets on the 8 spaces counting up to the ocean. This meant 3 poets on the ocean side since the middle space counts when there is an odd number of spaces, but the game said the goal was failed.
