Rules say you can emigrate a ship with Ore on it, but you LOSE the ore (ore just doesn't return to your supply).
Not sure if game function is also counting ore instead of silver for cost, cuz message also said I did not have enough ore. Or just an error in the message that popped up.

Yes, the game message saying I did not have enough ore, and can't remove ore from a ship is visible.
Round 7, My 6th Move (after my 5th Move getting 2 Meat for $2 w $1 discount cuz of my Occupation Card)
Since I couldn't emigrate, I chose another move finally.

案件沿革
I wanted to Emigrate my Longship that had 1 Ore on it. So chose Emigration Space. (Forgot now if tried to choose 2 or 3 Viking space)
Got message saying you can't remove Ore from a boat.
"You do not have enough ore, You cannot remove ore from ships."
Rules for game state that although you can't remove ore from ships (so can't put them back into your supply) ... you specifically CAN still emigrate a ship, but you LOSE the ore on it. This would have given me 21 points, which is obviously better than losing 1 ore.
The cost to emigrate is Silver equal to the Round Number. Forgot how much money I started round with, but I earned $14 previous round from Boards, and had only spent $1 so far.

Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
