No error or anything the game just proceded through my income phase without letting me choose Technology cards or resetting said cards.

案件沿革
You played Age of Discovery and it rolled Science. You automatically advanced to Astronomy (science die roll without benefits), and that roll came up Technology. The two rolls happen in such quick succession that you didn't have a chance to notice that you first rolled Science.
You're far from the first person to miss the double roll. I've tried to teach myself to pay attention carefully every time I play Age of Discovery, and so far it's helping.
Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
