"A trapped shooter is a shooter that cannot make any legal move in the current position."
A shooter was "trapped" on C3. However, under the new rules, that shooter could still legally move, by travelling through the shooter on B3 or D4. Legal moves for the C3 shooter would be A3, E5, F6, G7, or H8.
Further, that shooter can be rescued by moving through the D4 shooter and shooting back to C3. So I lost a point for nothing! -
