Two of my friends and I have completed three games of Little Factory to date (tables 269780653, 270035767 and 270831755), and just started our fourth (275516595). In all four games, the play order has been *exactly* the same: xïkmd first, KrissiMay second, and me third.
If it matters, I created all four tables and invited both xïkmd and KrissiMay to seats.

Player order is decided by BGA framework. Hence not a bug.
