In the replay, I see that you (Timit) can perform the conversion on turn 20, but the following player cannot on turn 22. Is there a particular turn or player where you see this occurring?

I shouldn't have this option as it is not my hub, but for the first bit of the game it wasn't visible but when the other player put an alien on it the option became available to use and still shows. I have not clicked it in case it froze the game.
