A frequent error, particularly in turn based tournament Space Base games. I think it only happens when I did not have the game open when my turn started. I see that its my turn, change table, make my selection.

and it stays stuck like that until I do a refresh. This has happened at least 30 times in at least 6 different games, at least 3 different tournements.

Update - while I was taking pictures and writing this out, with that game staying open in a tab - after about 10 minutes it finished 'waiting for update' and completed my turn. First time I've let it sit that long instead of refreshing.
