I also have this problem with Firefox v102.0.1. I can go back the general boardgamearena page homepage readily enough, and I have no problem looking at my list of active games. But getting to them does not work, not even by selecting the games deliberately instead of just clicking the button that takes you to the games waiting on you.

This has been going on over an hour on my computer and my phone. I start at the home page. I cannot get to any tables of games I am playing. It shows I have turns at 4 tables. I click on that icon and soon get the 504 gateway time-out error. F5 does not fix it. This has happened countless times now.

I would give you a screen shot but that site requires membership and to disable my ad blocker which I don't want to do.

So I tried getting in another way. I clicked on my Avatar and on my game list. I could not get into Cataan that way but got into Lucky Numbers.

If it's an entire server, BGA should be aware of it. I'm not sure how or whether they'll compensate the lost time and forced quits, but at least it'll be fixed eventually.

Same issue here. I can't get into any of my ongoing turn-based games whether it's my turn or not. I tried playing a new real-time Arena game, and that worked fine. I get the same issue both on the website (Google Chrome) and the phone app (Android).

I currently have two turn-based games that I cannot access (of 18) - Downforce and Welcome To. I have played both of these several times before with no issues. When I click on the button to go to the next table, click on either of them from my list of games, or click on the icon to go to my current tables, nothing happens. The wheel at the top keeps spinning, and I will eventually get the timeout page. - Unfortunately, I am not able to see the table numbers in my current game list, so I am not able to provide the numbers.

Same problem here. I also noticed they removed server 3 from the server status page so the displayed stats still say everything is OK...it was showing nil information on the bar graph for around an hour before server 3 stats were removed.

I can't use the "X tables waiting for you" button it just keeps timing out. I discovered that I have to go to my list of games in progress on the computer and select specific tables.

This means it is not really possible to take my turns from my phone.

This happens for me on Chrome V104.0.5112.81 and Firefox V103.0.1 on my computer, and in Chrome on my Android phone, and I notice the issue is only affecting games with the /3/ section of the URL. Upgrading Chrome and Windows, and rebooting Windows, did not fix the issue.

SUGGESTION TO HELP

Please turn off the edit that requires you to make a move at the table where it's been your turn the longest, as well as the related edit that stops you from trying to play a new arena game if you have an outstanding move required at a table.

If those are turned off, then we can play our other games at least, and just have the tables with issues stopped instead of every turn-based game we have going for an board games where we see the problem.

They are turn based games: one is Potion Explosion in area mode, and two are Get on Board in simple game mode.

To anyone watching/commenting on this - the bottom of the server status page (boardgamearena.com/serverstatus?section=moves_played) has a link to the BGA Facebook/Twitter pages and a note that "If an incident is in progress, live updates will be available on our twitter feed and/or on our Facebook page".

There are no updates on the social media so it seems like the devs maybe might not know this is happening? Maybe if a few of us send messages through Facebook/Twitter they will notice?

I've had the same problem for the past few hours. One thing I noticed is that if you deleted the "/3" from the URL, then it takes you to the page that points to the correct page (same page as you would reach by clicking "Return to the main website" from the game itself).

No new games have showed up as having turns in the last 8 hours.

Tested in chrome for Android and Opera (a chromium based browser). Accessing from MA. But same issue with VPN to New York, California, Germany, and Malaysia.

Trying to access my tournament game, and when I click on it, it is in a perpetual loading cycle, or I eventually get a 504 error. This has been happening since this afternoon In MST time zone. I am hearing others in the tournament are having the same issue and cannot access the turn-based games

Looking at the servers saying everything is active, there is no listing of Server 3.

Got the same issue. On Android and pc with Chrome.
One game can't be accessed (next one to move in).
2nd game on the list was accessible, so guess it's only one server in the farm that is down.

Too long for General Messages:

(On Windows PC... /gameinprogress) I can hover over each game to see which server it is on. If it's on 9 instead of 3, I can access the game. However, if it's an arena game on server 9, it will not work if an older arena game is waiting on server 3.

As above anything on server 3 gives me a 504 gateway timeout on Firefox. If go through my avatar to get the list of games where it is my turn I can access games at other servers that way, but it defaults to failing to take me to a game on server 3. Has been that way since I tried to access games first thing this morning (Australian time) so probably about 9-10 hours as of now.

Having the same problem for my tables on server 3. Tables with a different number then 3, don't have this problem.
F5 didn't help.
I tried in on 2 different phones Samsung s20 and Samsung a40 and in both phones tried in in the BGA app and tried in in a chrome browser.
