Hi @paramesis, do you already know how you will handle the problem that each language-version has its own solution to resolve the language-dependent bonus cards?
The German version for example doesn't have the Historian bonus card and not the same birds qualify for Anatomist or Photographer as in the English version.
The Portugese Game just uses the unknown English names so there are no problems with the bonus cards but the player don't recognise the birds... -

案件沿革
1. Everybody has to be playing the same game, so which language version used would need to be added as a game option chosen before the game starts. I'll check with the publisher.
2. I have some interface improvements planned that will highlight or clearly indicate which cards in your hand and the tray apply to bonus cards when you click on or hover over them.

Anatomist (A), Cartographer (C), Historian (H), Photographer (P)
Change the letters to match the translation of each language.
An explanation (about the letter) would need to be added to the bonus cards, also.
Even better would be to put a symbol or letter near the title. This would make things easier for English language players also.

There is no catalan version of the boardgame, so the letters on the cards would be a nice solution and viable for playing against all other languages.
We could add a parenthesis after the bird names with a letter for the relevant bonus cards?
Anatomist (A), Cartographer (C), Historian (H), Photographer (P)
Change the letters to match the translation of each language.
An explanation (about the letter) would need to be added to the bonus cards, also.
Even better would be to put a symbol or letter near the title. This would make things easier for English language players also.
One possibility might be to mark the cards with a symbol (+mouseover) so that you know which bonus type they are assigned to.

D'où la possibilité de jouer sans les pouvoirs "language specific" et l'idée d'ajouter des icones pour indiquer quelles cartes correspondent à quelles cartes language specific (Anatomist, Cartographer, Historian, Photographer). Mais les icones n'ont apparemment pas encore été implémentées vu le statut de cette suggestion.
Donc vaut mieux pas jouer avec les language specific si on ne joue pas en anglais.
When the option to include Language-dependent bonus cards is set to "Include", these icons are added to all bird cards that count toward these bonuses, and to the bonus cards themselves.
