During era 5 I was able to repeat M12 and gain another civilization using the tech card (Ion Battery?). Drew Mystics and did not discard and draw another

yep same thing. drew mystics at the end of military track. now I am stuck. I can only move forward if I vote on mystics. but won't accept a vote. Card says I must discard and redraw, but cannot. :( ruined the game!!!!

I drew mystics late game. I selected 3 tech cards as the bonus. I currently had 6 tech cards in hand. I was about to advance on T11 and discard down to 3. When doing so it should have triggered mytics as the first time I had 3 tech cards. No bonus resource. I didn't get the bonus either when I picked it up because I had 6. Let me know if this is not how the rule is supposed to play.

I drew Riverfolk when Radio was upgraded to the top row. It states that it may be discarded if drawn during the game but that option wasn't available.
