Additional notes:
1st action was to generate a battlecruiser
2nd action (via productivity) was to play "war path"
Select `mik-mik` for attack
Select the other planet for attack
then internal error is raised.
Note that I am using Scorched earth policy plus to battlecruiser to pay zero fighters.

Played Action second, try to play War Path
Select two planets to attack - Hanoj-T and Erkam-W (order does not affect outcome). With Scorched Earth and Battlecruiser discounts each should cost 0 fighters
Game kicks Internal Error and re-starts Action phase
This error also occurs if I select only one of the planets to attack (either one). I don't have any other planets to test with.
Refreshing does not solve the problem. Problem happens on Vivaldi and Safari.

Scorched Earth + Battlecruiser in play
War path against cost 4 fighter (reduced cost 0) then cost 6 fighter (reduced cost 2) planet -- asked to choose cost for 2nd planet but not 1st, get internal error
Selecting the 6 fighter (reduced cost 2) planet first allows the action to resolve. Occurred on Firefox.
Move: 219
Played War Path, tried to attack the 5 fighter planet with a battle cruiser and the 4 fighter planet with 2 fighters. Gave me the internal error. Tried opposite way and still got the error. Using fighters for both planets allowed game to continue.

- User has Battlecruiser AND Scorched Earth Policy in play.
- War Path is selected as action
- User selects ANY of the 3 available planets as first target (all valid)
- User selects ANY of the 2 remaining planets as second target (all valid)
Result:
- Internal Error

Correction:
I was able to attack two planets when on desktop when the first did not require scorched earth as it was a destroyer cost planet.
