I tried to stand in place so I can attack the adjacent enemy unit, but the game would not allow me to do that. Received Server Error message. I was forced to move to the nearby Wires or back behind the Mines.

I moved where I could and kept restarting the turn to see check all possibilities. It was only once I moved off the Mines and moved back on that the game initiated the Mines roll action and ended my turn.

*It happened after every time I refreshed
You do not demonstrate the existence of a bug, except to challenge the behavior of the interface that considers as a move a movement of two hex that makes the unit return to its initial position.
It doesn't look like you chose the option to "End all Unit Movements". That *should* trigger the mine clearing. That's the expected behavior (per the FAQ). But it's a little obscure...
I move on mine with engineers using the move but not battle action (yes I know how stupid of me). Now my engineers are on the minefield and if I want to not move using "End all unit movements" I have a server error. So I'm stuck with only solution to move from it, and it should not be the case, I should be able to remove landmine.

Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
