#73462: "Interface shows untapped characters when they're not"

At the beginning of the turn, I would need to untap my characters, but the interface untapped them automatically, and I can't click on them
Then if I would have tried to continue with my turn, I couldn't have used those characters for heists (it happened to me before, in table=306719469 - that's why I know the outcome)
