It's kind of silly that you have to click on everybody individually in every place that you're defending to allow them to defend you, and that each click interrupts everybody with a notification. It would be better to just set everybody to "allowed" by default, then let players turn certain defenders off if desired.• 你的瀏覽器是什麼？

I think the default should be that you need permission, otherwise someone might put themselves as primary defender before the owner of the city can prevent it.
