The game said it's a tie, but the rulebook specify :
"In case of a tie, the player with the more 8 win, if still tie the player with more 7 etc..."

Indeed, I'll implement tie breakers. Few questions though (the rulebook is a bit loose about it).
If we have:
- the same number of points
- the same number of 8
- the same number of 7
- the same number of 6
- the same number of 5
- I have more cards than you (let's say I have a +2 and a -2, you have a city card)
Is it considered a draw ? Does the number of cards collected matter as a sixth tie breaker ?
If we have exactly the same tableaux, is it considered a draw or is there a ultimate tie break (first player wins or such) ?

The player with the highest total of victory points wins the game. If there is a tie, the player
with the majority of value 8 SUPPORT cardswins. If there is still a tie, check who has the majority
of value 7 SUPPORT cards, and so on.
To answer your question:
If we have:
- the same number of points
- the same number of 8
- the same number of 7
- the same number of 6
- the same number of 5
Then yes, it is a tie. There is no 6th tie breaker for cards.
