I was unable to place the summit tile at the end of the game. It was the only thing left to play and I had it in my hand.. I discarded down until the summit tile was the only one left. It would not let me place it

Me neither... I have no possibility to put the summit tile on the top, instead of having it and discarding the rest of number tiles (because of the error would be about it). It has occurred a few minutes ago, in solo mode, in the table 349446815. Thanks!
