Scientist has 5 red cards:
Hongkong, Osaka, Sydney, Taipei, Tokyo
It stands in Jakarta and the government is already built. I want to make Cure (antidote) and I want to keep Tokyo card. It is impossible!!!!
There is only two possibility: I keep Hongkong OR in any other case the system keep for me card Taipei, even though if I don't choose that!!!

I stand in Sao Paolo with a Base-camp. I want to KEEP this Kinshasa + Rijad
BUT the system always changed and keep Kartum and Rijad. WHY?

Had 5 reds, was trying to keep Taipei, but would always keep Manila UNLESS I tried to keep Hong Kong. Going Long actually worked (and it was the left most card in my hand, just in case that had someone to do with it).

I have 6 blue cards when making a cure, and want to keep London. The game only lets me choose what to keep if I select all but Atlanta. If I take another selection then it overrides my choices and gives me St Pburg as my remaining card.
Order of cards: Atlanta, Chicago, London, Madrid,
New York, St Pburg
Restarted the turn multiple times with no effect or change, refresh also made no change.
Noticed that the board display also no longer shows ANY blue city cards despite the player panel telling me I still have St Pburg

4 player game, turn based.
Both in the app on andriod phone and in Chrome
Tried a few times on eachdevice, including refreshing and using different cards, selecting cards in different orders for the red cure, I was always left with Tokyo in my hand.
4 epidemic game
I was Quarantine Specialist
started my turn with 6 cards in my hand, and being in Manila with research station.
Order of cards: Hong Kong, Jakarta, Manila, Osaka, Seoul, Tokyo

My first action was curing
Moves 206 - 214 were all reattempts
It took quite a few attempts, but I finally managed to capture the proof above. (imgur.com/a/kgEotBf)
I selected every red card except Manila, however you'll see in the image
- the player summary incorrectly says I have Tokyo in my hand
- the log incorrectly shows I discarded everything but Tokyo to cure
- my hand shows Manila is the only card still in my hand
- my hand also shows Manila is in the middle of fading away quickly. The moment after I selected the 5th cure card the other cards disappeared and Manila quickly faded away completely.
- incase you mistake the fade as I've selected Manila for a different action, there is nothing on the page to show I'm using it for a different action (no confirm I'm using Manila to fly button, nor location to fly to selected)
Refreshing now, displays Tokyo as the card in my hand.
Some of the time, Tokyo was always the remaining card, other times, no cards show in my hand until I refresh.
