Two alternative proposals:
Disable the Switch combo like all the other action cards are under the +2 mode.
Disable the Switch under +2 at least until the deck is first remerged.
My preference would be for the #1 proposal, not at least for the consistency with every other action card, but ultimately even the second one would prevent the fool's mate situations after any player draws a good deck.• 你的瀏覽器是什麼？

I disagree. That's one of the uses of the +2, is to switch and play the winning card. That's what the game makers wanted, I doubt they'll allow the change.
