I experienced the same problem using Chrome browser. One other player in the game reported the same problem. One player was able to successfully use Evolution cards. I ended the game with 2 unused Evolution cards in my hand.

I have the same issue with Temporary Evolution cards. It tells me I can activate an Evolution Card or Skip, but Skip seems to be the only option that responds. I haven't found any way to activate my Temporary Evolution cards.

I asked about it within my game, and others experienced the same.

Table ID 383699209 but applicable on numerous other tables of King of Tokyo. Draft variant of evolutions seems very glitchy. From game to game, I have no idea if an evolution is going to work or not. In this table, Bamboozle was grayed out the whole game in my hand so I could never use it, even after refreshing.

the system does not allow me to play Cat Nip. No opportunity between opponents last turn and mine to play it. I even tested playing live, continously clicking Cat Nip. before opponent finished it would let me play it, as soon as opponent finish it immediatly gave me a dice roll and wouldn't let me play it.

Really, King of Tokyo is completely broken right now, it needs to go back into Beta, it certainly should not have the expansions. It's not really playable right now.

I was in Tokyo and the other player got enough claws to kill me. I tried to play Simian Scamper to avoid taking damage but I wasn't allowed to - the game replied that I would be able to play it before taking damage. So I left Tokyo but then I died immediately without having the chance to play it.

I’ve played the game on GOOGLE CHROME in iOS mobile and whenever the host selected “Evolution mode” at beginning of the game which we have to choose the evolution card. I couldn’t select the card due to the “CONFIRM” button cannot activated.

This is cause me got expelled from the room two times. Please fix this and it would better if you can return me the penalty point back.

I've discovered that these cards can still be played during the short countdown timer, which is still a big problem for turn based games and for less than perfect connection. The game needs to pause to allow these cards to be played like the settings for turn based are supposed to do.

When playing mutant evolution cards plus halloween cards players frequently need to press f5 in order to be able to see the evolution cards they are being asked to select. Temporary evolution cards that allow you to avoid taking damage only seem to work when they should around 50% of the time.

Experiencing this with Feline Motor. It seems to regard it as a temporary evolution where you can't play it in front of you until the necessary trigger to USE it. Then once in front of you, it is a dead card that never gets triggered.

as you can see in the picture i was spamming to play the jungle frenzy evolution but it seems that it is bugged and when i try to play it outside tokyo it says that i have to be in tokyo to play it, but when i just got in tokyo it still doesnt let me to play the evolution because it says that i have to be outside of tokyo to play it...

this makes the evolution jungle frenzy unplayble ... i hope it gets fixed soon

Played chest thumping my first turn of the game, then wounded the player in tokyo. They didn't yield, but had no option to force them to yield like the card says. Later in the game was able to use it, but not this first turn.

In a game I have the "Mecha Blast" Evolution card. Interface says "You can only play this evolution card when resolving dice" and card is grayed out. I get to the Resolving Dice step, card STILL grayed out. Timer on Resolving Dice ticks down, card never becomes active. Then Resolve Dice step is over and I have not been able to play card.

The game skipped the option to use the stretchy card. I was going to change the last die to activate Panda Express, gain 2 points and TAKE ANOTHER TURN. I could've won that game in that turn, instead I was cut short and was blasted to kingdom come next turn because my turn ended "unexpectedly". Not fun, relaxing and way more frustrating than it should've been.

I could've won that game in that turn, instead I was cut short and was blasted to kingdom come next turn because my turn ended "unexpectedly". Not fun or relaxing and way more frustrating than it should've been.

I couldn't activate my evolution card: "Frenesí Selvático".
At the end of my movement phase I hurt the monster that was in Tokyo and he didn't leave it. Then I've tried to activate the mentioned card (it gaves me another extra turn if the montser doesn't abbandon Tokyo) and it appeared a red box that said the contrary: "I can only play this card when I'm in Tokyo"
I appreciate the search for the solution. Thank you
