It is really annoying when you forget to convert power before a tech gain and no longer have the option to convert so you just waste power. I understand that there definitely should not be a undo option as players have already taken power but there should be an option to convert your power just before or during your tech gain.• 你的瀏覽器是什麼？

You can convert multiple times throughout your turn, so I changed the title to clarify that you're suggesting converting once you're already in the tech selection.
Just to note, you can also just do the conversion after you select the tech and before your turn ends, unless you've set your options to auto end your turn.

I think the issue here is that sometimes you want to take a tech that will level you up to level 3, gaining you 3 immediate power rotations. If you are full or almost full you will waste most of those if you built the lab before doing conversions. Doing conversions after taking the tech will still potentially waste the charge.
So I like this suggestion.
