#83086: "Add undo option"

Add an undo option. This should not be allowed when the player has taken an action that allows them to peek at a card or when the player has taken an initial bid. Once the player has completed any different type of action the player would be presented with two buttons: "commit" or "undo".
This help with most "mis-clicking" events, such as when you click on a boat, but meant to click on a train.
