案件沿革
I played a Tribe War card to steal my opponent's Invention tile, then I played swap. This caused me to draw 5 cards, instead of 4 (I should have drawn 4 cards, 3 + 1 due to orange card - Observation Kit) and activated end of the game (which shouldn't happen).
What's more, I was granted 16 points for the cards on my hand despite having just 8 cards. This event gave me unearned victory.

You're right, sorry. I missed that you get points for cards on hand by default and treasure card gives 1 additional point for each card.
