The same problem happens if you want to use it after using your last worker. Powers like advanced logistics should require the owner to explicitly end the phase by pressing a "done" button.

I have encountered the same bug, in both forms.

This also occurs after scouting, when you have used your last worker (and have no more left) - you are not able to flip tiles or reorganize tiles to "promote" your newly scouted tiles.

Same issue. Couldn't use Advanced Logistics if I didn't have a die on Explore, even if it had been chosen by others. The blue arrows appeared in the appropriate place, but when I clicked on them it said "It is not your turn."

Also, i can't figure out how to turn a tile over. the button just doesn't work.

Saw this issue as well today (game 65526412) in my very last turn. Was presented with buttons for reordering or flipping tiles, but wasn't allowed to use them, with "It is not your turn" message whenever I tried.

Exact same experience as JeremyVS--the buttons are present, but when you click on them it says "it is not your turn."

I can use the flipping button in my game but:
* The actual clicking box for the flipping button is much smaller than the button itself (if an hovering text appears when you let your mouse stay for a second or so on the button, then you are in the right spot)
* you cannot do it once all your dice have been spent.

I had the same problem. It's not your turn if you don;t have an explore die, and then the game goes on to the next phase, so it is never your turn to use this.

Our group has also had issues with the Advanced Logistics tile. Several of us have had problems, and now we generally don't ever select it because it generally doesn't work.

Also occurs in a 2-player game, when Explore is the extra phase but no workers are in it.

During the explore phase, the buttons to rearrange tiles appeared on the stacks, but they could not be clicked, showing text "it is not your turn" on the top banner.

Game was played on Chrome.

As other people have said, the Advanced Logistics tile does not work properly.
The tile states: Explore: You may rearrange all tiles in your construction zone...
The game only lets your rearrange while you are scouting tiles, but that is not how the tile is worded. I should be able to arrange my tiles during the Explore phase whether or not I have dice there, much less whether or not I Scout specifically.
And the tile is buggier than that. I scouted and placed a third tile at the bottom of my stack. I tried to then move the second tile to the bottom of the stack, but got a 'It is not your turn' error.
If you cannot fix the functionality, then please remove the tile from the playset. It is frustrating and useless in its current implementation.
(Played on Chrome on a Windows PC laptop.)

Sharon36 said it correctly. Even if you do have a worker on explore, you currently only get to use Advanced Logistics if you use him to Explore:Scout. Using him to Explore:Stock does not allow to use it.

Happened the same here

I observed slightly different behaviour to Sharon36 and Patsatsoufis in that I was able to use Advanced Logistics while I had dice on Explore but was not in the middle of Scouting. However, I agree with Dashiva that it should require an explicit "Done" button.

Même problème ici ! Il me semble que même si j'avais des dés explorations cela ne marchait pas. Surtout que j'avais un autre dev qui fait que j'ai forcément un explorateur. Je m'en servait peut-être avant d'essayer d'utiliser la logistique avancée par contre. Quand je cliquait sur les boutons cela me disait "ce n'est pas votre tour". J'utilise firefox sous linux.
