I've changed this to produce a more descriptive error message, "PHP bug". If you see it, please update the ticket with the full message. I'll try to reproduce this problem on my own to figure it out, too.

Fixed a bug that occurred when some crises were canceled completely by thoroughly reducing their effects through tucking cards.
