iPad has been fully shut down and restarted several times, and the problem persists

Problem has started today, as everything was working correctly yesterday

iPad Mini 2 running iPad OS 12.5.7

Exactly the same issue for me. I first noticed the issue sometime on 2023-05-21, after 23:00 (UTC-6).

Not all games would load, but at least I could see my Games in Progress page and load and play certain games from there.

There are still lots of people using Apple devices with IOS 12.5.7

I can understand some developers prefer to try and use brand new languages features but I think compatibilty should remain one of the mandatory targets on BGA.

Hmm, do either of you have Chrome on an IOS 12.5.7 device?

I think Chrome on such a device would still use the Safari render engine. If so, it might also fail to load...but Chrome may help determine which error is preventing the load.

I have the same issue website not loading on mobile, but I am using Android. My screen looks exactly the same, it loads a banner at the top that is never loads in the past and the rest of the page does not load at all.

@miklomike assuming you are using Chrome (or the BGA app which uses Chrome), what version of Chrome do you have?

A friend of mine is having the same problem. Rebooting the device did not fix the problem.

@GTSchemer Chrome browser, I think v68 as I have older device. Something similar happened last year and BGA was able to fix it to still work on older browsers, see boardgamearena.com/bug?id=72794

We accidentally dropped support for some older browsers with the previous update.
This has been fixed now, please let us know if you continue to have compatibility issues.

I still have some issues with a few recent games ( display on Akropolis, broken on Ark Nova or Memoir'44) but it's not your fault.
