In this link it says there is a golden rule that 'It is forbidden to play pieces onto the same location of the last player', but this rule is not written in the game.

a problem comes in equal mode (2p) :
the second player can always force a draw by copying what the first player does
and if the second player has a lower elo, he gains elo after the game.

Hi,
I checked the official up to date rule from the publisher in French and it says:
"Il est interdit de jouer sur la même pile/case que le dernier coup joué."
(it is forbidden to play on the same stack/location as the last move played).
So yes, this rule is currently missing. Thanks for reporting this!
