I'd like to reword my suggestion then: Could you still confirm your vote (so BGA doesn't keep saying it's your turn), but then if another player confirms a different vote, BGA "unconfirms" your vote and says it's your turn?
This is how Decrypto handled the same problem when voting for the code to guess, and it works well for that game. Otherwise, it's a bit of a bother for turn-based players who play at multiple tables at once because it keeps bringing me back to this table even when I'm just waiting for someone and have nothing new to do.
I therefore suggest:
1- To be able to play the bonus cards X2 and 0 on the same turn.
2 - Once asked, allow the player to move to another table.
3 - Call the player back when everyone else has played and there is a disagreement.
For disagreements, it would be necessary to know who played and what. Indicate on the board, all the X2 and 0 in the color of the players.
Otherwise the rest is fine.

Muddy, I think you are confused between the voting of Double and Nothing vs the scoring at the end, the scoring is based on how many people matched (a majority), the voting is a group decision
