When I try to choose a dice or a tile, or even the confirm button, I must press the chosen tile, dice or button several times and sometimes nothing happens, other times it will eventually select the appropriate action. It is as if the screen is being unresponsive, but I went from using an iPhone 11 to a brand new iPhone 14 and still had the same experience. When I click the dice and get green rings around available options, I can press a green option and it will just flash green over and over instead of turning blue to confirm that you have selected it. Error messages include please choose dice first (which is what I’m trying to to) or move not authorized etc. When I play on my laptop or desktop I do not have the issue, only on my iPhone.• 你的瀏覽器是什麼?

This problem happens every single time I try to play my turn from my mobile device. Sometime I have to wait to play my turn from my desktop because I cannot click anything on the mobile platform.
Refreshing my browser does not help.
This is happening with every table of Castkes of Burgundy I am playing.

2023年10月22日 15:00 • I agree with She2dancer's report on 6.15.23; except that this has been a more recent issue for me, i.e., my last five games or so I've really noticed it.
It has caused me to time out as well.
I have to click on dice and tiles multiple times for it to register, and sometimes it changes color to blue, and then changes back, so I have to start over.
At first I tought it must be my laptop, yet refreshing/restarting did not help.

2024年 1月13日 11:39 • Have also had this same issue. Had to press on things multiple times, Timed out and lost an almost completed 3 player game. Was happening the whole game.

2024年 3月26日 12:05 • I encounter some internet issue when playing this game and I am not able to communicate with peope who played the same games with me. I tried to explain the problem I faced but I unable to send the message. I’m using iPhone to play it and I’m not able to send the message, causing me kick out to this games. It is unfair that some errors created by BGA causing me lost reputation. i planned to become a paid membership orginally but now i have to think about that is worth to pay.

2024年10月 2日 21:15 • This bug is very persistent on my iPad and on my iPhone, and same on the brand new iPhone of my boyfriend.
I am playing in some tournaments and sometimes I can’t do my action turn because is not possible to select a tile, I touch and zoom in or out or maybe the description of the tile pop up but the tile doesn’t move in my board.

2024年11月29日 10:19 • It’s impossible to play from the phone , and on a trip I have just my phone so I’ll be running out of time. I can select the dice , shows what tiles I can use but I can’t select any of the tiles to place them

2024年12月26日 20:55 • I had stopped playing for a while but since I have been back I face this problem on the iPhone screen (using chrome). I can click several times on a tile I want to choose and nothing happens. It zooms in and out or shows me the tile info but doesn’t allow me to take the tile. It doesn’t happen on iPad but has happened several times on my iPhone. Even led to me being expelled in my last game and losing 30 ELO points (the other player refused to abandon)!!!

2025年 3月 9日 4:45 • I have the same issue on mobile and it is incredibly frustrating trying to play this game. Not 100% of the time but for me happens far more often trying to take new tiles from the dice value 1 or 2 area. Makes the game nearly unplayable on mobile as I often have to spend a long time clicking and clicking the same tile to take an action
