Currently, only the party leader is prompted for the party being ready, but the other members aren't prompted by BGA to acknowledge whether they want to use their XP before it arrives.
If it isn't your turn, the other players don't get an email nor a notification in the browser that something is needed for them.• 你的瀏覽器是什麼？

Unfortunately, this is a side effect of asynchronous play. I recommend that you work as a team to utilize the chat feature if you struggle to coordinate being ready.

Yeah that’s a real pain. If you just forced everyone to take a turn (like when you select characters at the beginning) before the level 5 monster appears that would do the right thing.
Quality of life improvements seem pretty low priority for this game so I will stop suggesting them.
