案件沿革
Red/nt2peter3 upgraded Chapel #11 at (8,4) on the Might board to a Monastery #13 at (7,4)
This should ripple to the Faith board, and destroy the existing monastery because both buildings cover (7,4)
Instead the ripple was canceled because of the Rule of Hierarchy
The domain on the Faith board was Monastery #10, a castle, a town, and a hamlet. If Monastery #10 had been correctly destroyed, the rippled monastery would have been in it's own domain, not connected to any other buildings (because (6,4) would have been vacant after Monastery #10 was destroyed, and none of the other adjacent squares were occupied on the Faith board).

turn 3: Artemis_801 built a keep in the Age of Might @ 9,12
Marked for ripple (there was a keep at Age of Fairth 9,11)
Ripple cancelled: Violation of Heirarchy
