案件沿革
The arrows are there, but they are not visible (and they do not function) due to the mud that covers them.
This problem was not obvious before, because a rare situation must have occurred: there must be more than one place where a crystal can be placed, and all of them must be occupied by mud.
Usually, when a mud hex is the only place to place a crystal, the crystal will be placed there automatically. But the game never let you choose a mud hex as a place to place the crystal if there is another empty hex (and offered only one choice in some cases). It always struck me as odd. But apparently there was a choice. We just couldn't use it.
