Strangely, it's suddenly not asking me if I want to use my Atlantis card between other player's turns. Right in the area of Move #117.
It may be something to do with BGA's difficulties today (1 Aug, 2023), though unsure. I believe it happened to me before in a two-player game but I just refreshed and it seemed to fix itself. I've done the same here, even closing out the page altogether and coming back and it's persisting. Better to report it, I say!

Unfortunately, nothing I could do would allow the trigger of the action. Since it's a passive card in my inventory it usually triggers between other player's turns.
