Also noticed when I zoom out and move the table around I find the card is hanging out way above (above the gap row) or way below the timeline.

Update: it only happens when the card is played to the RIGHT of the timeline (more modern). When the card is played to the left (older) it displays just fine (correct position). All gap cards display correctly. It happens whether I play it or my teammate plays it. We are playing friendly, cooperative mode if that helps. I have closed and reopened the browser and it persists.
