案件沿革
F5 did not work, we had been playing forever so I wanted to finish it… nothing worked. I’m also on safari, same error of “no player out of time” and then the zombie player.
It was not happening in TM before, as far as I'm concerned.
Player leaves or gets skipped, and it's forever his turn still.
Couple of recent examples

"Player XXXX was out of time (or quit this game) and lost this game (at XX% of the game progression).
All other players will be considered winners.
This may be frustrating, so quitting players get a penalty on their Karma (☯). If you want to avoid this situation in the future, play with opponents with a good Karma.
You may continue to play if you like, or [QUIT] this game without any penalty."
But other players are still given the option to skip him (again) :
"XXXX must take an Action - Get back to tables list - Skip turn of players out of time"
If you try to skip the player again, there si an error:
Unexpected error: No players are out of time at now (reference: GS6 11/07 11:49:13)
In the case a player leaves (not skipped), you are not given the option to skip him at all.
Same as others describe. A player quit but the game still shows as that players turn. Attempts to skip the player say that no player is out of time.
F5 didn't work, a switch to turn-based didn't work and the kicked player could not come back into the game (or so it has been said)
