Another suggestion with similar motive is: Skip wait for player ready when in Turn-based mode.
It spend more time for the game with no reason.

Maybe add an option to put it on or off if you would like.
I am playing the crew and there you can automate the answer if you want to continue with the next mission so you don't have to click on the button, yes i want to continue.
