Yes, It happened to me twice already. It worked a couple of weeks ago.

Happens everytime I try, F5 or click to refresh don't do anything.
Tried in Firefox, Chrome, BGA App on Android lastest version of each.

Same has happen to me, F5 did not solved the problem, I will skip that action to let the game proceed.
