well-shaved wizard does not evaluate hidden party members' faction for step count. It gave me two steps for two non-red factions in my party (green and blue in the visible part of the party). However black (undead) was in the hidden part of my party. Should have been three steps. "party" includes the hidden part as per the rulebook.
